Perfect front porch to relax or enjoy outdoor meals. 3 spacious bedrooms, 3-piece bathroom, separate guest washroom, and a large living room with smart TV for movie nights. Updated eat-in kitchen which boasts ample storage, laundry facilities, full sized stove, and smart fridge. Guest access Guests have access for use of the entire first floor of the house up to the first landing of the grand staircase. Guests are to use both the front entrance and the side entrance leading onto the C driveway that exits onto Agnew Street. Guests have access to any grassed areas for lawn games, picnics, and more. Any guests that smoke are asked to please use the designated area on the driveway. Ashtrays are provided.
