This peaceful and quiet retreat is on 3.3 wooded acres and beside a large pond. The pool, full tennis court with a basketball hoop, and fire pit ensure plenty of opportunities for fun. The kitchen has all full size appliances. There is also a washer and dryer and large flat screen tv with cable. **Very close to 95 / 295 / 64 interchange, just north of Richmond** Very convenient access, but nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The feel is cozy and quiet. The cottage shares outdoor amenities with the main house on the property. The house and cottage are about 100 feet apart so there is plenty of privacy and room for everyone to play outdoors. We have AMAZING reviews from our guests, which we really appreciate! We love providing a comfortable, clean and fun getaway. The property isn't flawless -- the house was built in the 60s and its in an older neighborhood. There are cracks in the tennis court and because we are nestled in the woods there are plenty of bugs outside. But we are committed to providing the best experience that we can by going the extra mile. Our commitment to cleanliness includes attention to detail such as washing the comforter after every guest leaves. We also try to keep the cottage stocked with all of the essentials. Dogs are welcome by permission only. Please read through our house rules before booking a stay that includes a pet. There is another house on this property with tenants living in it full time. The main house is over 100 feet away from the cottage so there's plenty of privacy. I have 2 motion activated security cameras outside monitoring the driveway and the entrance to the main house. In addition to the already softened and filtered well water, we have recently added a water filter to the cold water line on the kitchen faucet. We hope this is an added bonus for guests so they can enjoy great tasting water and know that it’s safe.
