This 30 m² superior studio has a seating area and is fully equipped with a kitchenette, private bathroom with toilet, TV and Wi-Fi. Ideally located 20 minutes from Geneva center by train, perfect for a business or tourist stay. The space Spacious and bright 30 m² superior studio, ideal for a stay for two or a business trip. You have a queen size double bed, a comfortable seating area, a fully equipped kitchenette (hotplates, fridge, microwave, dishes...), a dining area and a desk. The private shower room with toilet, TV and high-speed Wi-Fi complete the comfort of the accommodation. Towels and linen provided. Guest access Autonomous and secure access to the residence via two code doors (metal then glass). Access codes are sent the day before check-in. Each unit has a unique code valid for the duration of the stay. Parking is available at Parking Chablais Parc or on the street (paid). For monthly stays, a secure garage space is available as an option (€150/month). Other things to note House Rules: Use the premises peacefully, in accordance with their intended purpose. Respect the maximum occupancy of the accommodation: 2 people maximum. Parties, evenings and events are strictly prohibited. The accommodation is non-smoking: a penalty of €250 will be applied in the event of non-compliance. No pets allowed in the accommodation. The common areas of the residence are equipped with a video surveillance system, in compliance with the regulations in force Any damage or incident must be reported immediately to management. Maintain cleanliness in common and private areas. Respect the neighborhood and remain discreet, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. (quiet hours). Be sure to turn off the lights and electrical appliances when leaving the accommodation.
