This charming 50 m² accommodation equipped with solar panels is a 5-minute drive from the airport. It is composed of: *two bedrooms, each with a comfortable bed. *a cozy living room and dining area. *an equipped kitchen (airfryer, microwave, oven...) * indoor shower and toilet. * small outdoor courtyard. you will no longer suffer from unexpected power cuts thanks to our solar panels. Small information: elementary school next door, but the noise remains moderate. The space We have solar panels and batteries, in order to cope with the different power outages. You could therefore have the autonomy to use certain devices and have electricity permanently. We also have an underground tarp, as well as an outdoor water tarp to mitigate water cut-off problems. The accommodation has an outdoor camera and security barbed wire, in order to reinforce the latter, even if the neighborhood is already quiet and secure.
