Entire house for you You will enjoy a spacious and modern house with 3 bedrooms (2 of them with 55" and 42" TVs), 1.5 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, living room with Smart TV (55"), dining area and all brand new furniture. The entire space is private, designed to make you feel at home. Subdivision pool: Free access for you and your companions. You only need to follow the common area rules. Ideal to enjoy as a family, with children or to relax at sunset. Private Beach Club: Only 6 minutes by car. Upon arrival, you will be given an access bracelet. The club's hours are from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, and you will find lounge chairs, a restaurant, bathrooms, and direct access to the sea. Designated parking: You have a private parking space included inside the subdivision, safe and convenient to get in and out when you need it. Other things to note Flexible check-in and check-out, subject to availability. Let us know in advance if you need to adjust your check-in or check-out times. Supermarkets, pharmacies, and convenience stores are within a few minutes' drive, making any last-minute shopping easy. The beach club is a 6-minute drive away, so it is recommended to have your own vehicle or use app-based transportation services. The accommodation has air conditioning to keep you cool. Housekeeping is included only at check-in. For long stays, we can offer additional cleaning at a cost, upon request. Parties and events are not allowed, as it is a family neighborhood and we seek to maintain a quiet atmosphere for everyone. One small to medium-sized pet is allowed.
