Spacious and warm, the villa has a contemporary and designer interior, it is equipped with a heated pool (28/29 degrees maximum, outside the summer period). From the terrace you can admire the views of the Atlas Mountains. The villa is 25 minutes from downtown Marrakech (Ourika road, km 12), the residence is secure 24 hours a day. In addition, we can provide Moroccan beldi breakfast (€8 per person) The space The contemporary and warm decor of the accommodation will make you feel at home. This villa is equipped with 3 double bedrooms. You will have 2 bathrooms at your disposal. The kitchen is fully stocked. The superior rooms are equipped with a spacious balcony where you can watch the sunset. You have free access to the large communal swimming pool of the residence with its snack/café, tennis and basketball courts. There's also a clubhouse where you can play golf. The residence has an artificial lake where you can practice paddle, wakeboard, kneeboard, bi-ski. Guests can enjoy a restaurant overlooking the lake, offering its renowned private pool in Marrakech, as well as its sun beds (Mama Beach). As well as a pizzeria, all within a 2-minute walk from the villa. Several playgrounds are available for children. The accommodation is a 20/25-minute drive from the airport. We can put you in touch with a car rental service (price on request). When you arrive we provide toilet paper in each toilet. It is renewed during the cleaning. Heated pool available as a paid option (+ €20/night), upon prior request. Guest access Guests access the villa independently, reporting to the security service beforehand. The villa is located in a quiet and family residence, secured with guards and surveillance cameras 24 hours a day. The "Jardins de l'Atlas" complex is 20/25 minutes from the city center (Route de l'Ourika, km 12). Other things to note Moroccan breakfast, kitchen service at extra cost. The reception of outsiders not included in the reservation is not allowed in the villa. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. No pets are allowed. For security and liability reasons, only the staff provided (pool attendant, cleaning) are allowed to access the villa. Guests are not allowed to involve their own staff during their stay. Our accommodation is regularly maintained by our staff to ensure optimal service (swimming pool, cleaning). The schedules will be communicated to you in advance and adjusted according to your convenience. No intervention is carried out without prior authorization.
