Our idyllic old customs house from 1850 is located in Schülperneuensiel, right between the popular coastal towns of Sankt Peter-Ording and Büsum. Location Schülperneuensiel is a small place in Dithmarschen, which impresses with its quiet location and its proximity to the North Sea. The nearest shopping and restaurants can be found in Wesselburen (10 km). The amenities The lovingly renovated thatched roof house combines a cozy country style with modern elements. The open-plan dining and living room area with integrated kitchen generously designs the ground floor. The new, well-equipped kitchen with kitchen island features a ceramic hob and dishwasher. At the same time, the cast iron, Swedish oven in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere. The ground floor also includes a double bedroom as well as two modern shower rooms with underfloor heating. Two more double bedrooms are upstairs. All beds in the house have a width of 1.60 m. Through the large windows and the terrace door in the living room, you have an unobstructed view of the large garden. The natural garden with *contact info removed* sqm and numerous old fruit trees – including apple, pear, cherry, miracle and plum trees – is a true bulling bus for all ages. Children have plenty of space to play and let off steam. Two terraces with garden furniture have enough space to enjoy fresh North Sea air and tranquility all day long. A natural swimming spot on the Eider is a few minutes away by foot. The surrounding march offers numerous opportunities for varied bike rides and walks. Shopping, restaurants, train stations and a swimming pool can be found in the neighboring towns of Heide, Tönning on Eiderstedt and Wesselburen. The beautiful city of Friedrichstadt – also called "Amsterdam of the North" – also offers a great destination for strolling with its canals and old houses. The largest German coastal protection building – the Eidersperrwerk – can also be reached in a few minutes by car. Features The driveway in front of the garage can accomodate up to 2-3 cars. In addition, Wi-Fi and a washing machine are available to our guests. In the house there is a cot (70 × 140 cm) and a high chair (brand Stokke – model Tripp Trapp). A washing machine and dryer are available in the house. We point out that a stream runs at the edge of the property behind a row of trees and a fence. However, the property is not fully fenced. Parents are liable for their children. An initial set of linens and towels is mandatory for this property and is already included in the final price.
