After three years of careful renovation, we are happy to welcome you to our stone house by the sea, located on the peaceful bay of Kotronas. The house blends traditional Mani stone architecture with a simple, eco-conscious design. Surrounded by olive trees and just 15 meters from the water, it offers a calm and shaded setting only steps from a small, quiet beach — perfect for swimming or relaxing. The space The house is designed as an open and comfortable space for two guests and includes: – One open-plan room with a king-size bed (two single mattresses with two individual duvets). – A bathroom with shower – A small indoor kitchen with fridge and compact oven – A spacious shaded veranda with an outdoor kitchen and dining area, including a gas stove, a large sink and a dining table During cooler months, the outdoor kitchen can be closed with transparent wind covers, making it comfortable to use throughout the seasons. The property offers several places to relax outdoors. A shaded sitting area invites you to rest during the day, and an outdoor shower under the orange tree is perfect after a swim in the sea. Guest access Guests have full access to the cottage and the surrounding land, including direct access to the bay. Free parking on site. Self check-in with a lockbox lets you arrive on your own schedule. Other things to note The property includes a second, bigger stone house located a few meters away, each with its own private outdoor space. During July and August, the property is rented as a whole and both houses must be booked together. Please search for our "Two Houses Together" listing. Within walking distance, you will find a small minimarket in Kotronas, open daily for fresh bread, fruit, and essentials.
