Bicycles, Wi-Fi and electric car chargers are included. An independent and sociable cat lives in the house and needs food once a day (food is provided). Perfect for families, couples or those who want to work in a peaceful environment. 23-year age limit. Please note that bed linens and towels are not included – to be brought by the guest. Cleaning is not included. The space The house is 153 sqm on one floor with an open floor plan. There are five bedrooms – three with double beds and two with children's beds. Two bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining area and washing machine. Glazed terrace with seating furniture and grill, as well as patio with jacuzzi. Free parking, charging box for electric car and WiFi available. Please note that bed linens and towels are not included – to be brought by the guest. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house including all bedrooms, kitchen, living room, both bathrooms, laundry room, glazed terrace, patio with Jacuzzi and garden. Free parking in the driveway and charging box for electric car are available. The garage is private and not available to guests. All other spaces in the house are available during the stay.
