If you like the simple, peace and quiet, nature close by and a dip in the lake, this is perfect for you! Our cottage is located 10 meters from Lake Nossen, with its own jetty on the property. The cottage is 70 sqm, large veranda, lake view. Glass veranda. 10 minutes by car to Astrid Lindgren's World and 10 minutes to the city center. Within walking distance there is a grocery store, open 24 hours a day. If you are looking for a place to stay with every possible amenity, you will have to look elsewhere. Here you can enjoy the sun all day and beautiful sunsets from the jetty. The space 6 beds. Private jetty with coffee tables and sun chairs. A small raft to lie on and sunbathe. High chair is available to borrow. Equipment for picking blueberries and lingonberries is available in the cabin. Upstairs there is 1 double bed and fireplace in one room and 2 single beds in one room (open floor plan, no door to the small rooms) and toilet. In the living room on the lower floor, there is 1 sofa bed for 2 and a fireplace. Kitchen table for 4 and on the porch there is a dining table for 6. Final cleaning is included. Guest access From the highway, drive down a gravel road towards our cottage. You park for free in our parking lot. There is room for several cars. A path leads down to our cottage. About 40 meters. So you can't park right next to the house. A small path leads down a hill to the cottage. Other things to note We would like to draw your attention to: Final cleaning is included but all dishes and tidying up are handled by you, garbage is sorted and disposed of before departure. Furniture inside and outdoor furniture are put in place before leaving the cottage. Upstairs there are 2 small bedrooms with single beds, desk with lake view, dresser/shelf and mirror. On level 2 there is also a large bedroom with double bed, a wardrobe, fireplace, dresser, toilet and exit to the back. There are no doors between the 2 bedrooms and the master bedroom. On the ground floor in the living room there is a sofa bed with room for 2 people, in this room you can close the doors around you. On the ground floor is the kitchen with everything you need, large fridge, stove, microwave. The sink is used for both toothbrushing and dishwashing. So we don't have a separate sink for toothbrushing, etc. Basics such as salt, pepper, oil, etc. are available in the cabin to use. Toilet paper and paper towels are also provided, as well as dish detergent, dish brush, dishcloth, soap, shampoo. If something runs out, the guest buys a new one. The shower is in a separate building in the yard. So not inside the house. From the parking lot down to the cottage, there is a path with steps. Not handicap-accessible, sorry. So you can't drive all the way to the house, but park a little bit away (about 40 m) and then walk down the hill. It's a very cozy cottage, which we love. It was my grandmother's brother who built it in 1945. The lake is located 10 meters from the cottage and the location is unique! Enjoy the sunset, swim all day and the forest is right nearby. You can have your morning coffee on the hallway stairs, here the sun always shines in the morning!
