Respect the Property: Please treat the space as if it were your own home. Any damages or excessive mess may incur additional fees. 2.Leave your shoes at the shoe rack and change to guest slippers 3. Do not throw tissue paper or sanitary pads into the toilet bowl 5. Do not throw used oil on the faucet, place it in a plastic and dispose in the garbage bag 6. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Please smoke outside and dispose of waste properly. 7.Guest Count: The maximum occupancy is 2- 4. Please let us know in advance if additional guests will be staying. Provide 1 valid ID for each guest. Scan and send copy to the Host. 8. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from start 2200h-0700 end time. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time. 9.Check-In and Check-Out: • Check-in time: 1400h • Check-out time: 1200h • Please leave the smart card key to the kitchen table then turn off the light. 10. Pet Policy: not allowed. 11. Dispose of Trash: Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins. eating is not allowed in the bed to avoid stain. Additional payment of 500 pesos -1000pesos will imposed. 12.Damage Reporting: Any damages or issues should be reported immediately to avoid additional charges. Not allowed to stick anything in the wall to avoid Penalty. 13.Swimming Pool Amenities Swimming Pool (limit of 2 persons per day per unit) Pool hours: 6:00AM - 10:00PM CLOSED ON MONDAYS Proper swimming attire is required Food and drinks are not allowed in the pool area Pool fees: P150/person/day on regular days P300/person/day on holiday 14.
