The space The accommodation is designed to make every guest feel right at home. The spacious and relaxing living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, dining table, and wall unit, and overlooks a covered terrace ideal for lunches and breakfasts. Next to it, the kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to cook independently, also perfect for long stays. The double bedroom is comfortable, with basic but well-kept furnishings, while the second bedroom is designed for the little ones or for those traveling in groups, with a practical and safe bunk bed. The bathroom is modern and complete with a shower, with everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay. The accommodation's comforts include air conditioning, a smart TV, a washing machine, a safe, and a complete set of tools and accessories to experience the house in complete autonomy. But the real highlight is the exterior: on the ground floor, a private garden of 200 square meters awaits you, well-kept and equipped to fully enjoy every moment of the day. You'll find a shaded gazebo with a dining table, a barbecue corner, a swing, outdoor chairs, and a convenient outdoor shower. A perfect space to relax when you return from the beach or to dine under the stars. Guest access The accommodation is completely independent and guests will have exclusive access to the entire house and garden. For maximum flexibility, check-in is done in self check-in mode: upon arrival you will find a lockbox with a personal code for key collection, so you can arrive in total autonomy, even in the evening or at night. Once you check in, the entire property will be at your disposal for the duration of your stay: the house, terrace and large private garden will be yours alone. We will send you all the detailed instructions shortly before arrival, so that everything is quick and easy. However, we are always available for anything you need, even remotely. Other things to note 📝 Other details to know • 🅿️ Free parking is available on the street. It is not reserved, but it is easy to find. • 🏖️ The sea can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes, crossing a beautiful pine forest. There are no busy roads to cross. • 🏡 The garden is on the ground floor, while the house is on the first floor (accessed via an internal staircase). • 🚫 The house is not accessible to people with limited mobility • 🐾 Pets allowed only upon request and prior approval. • 🧽 We ask guests to respect the spaces as if they were their own: the garden is private and dedicated only to guests, but we ask for attention in the use of the barbecue and the outdoor shower. • 🚭 No smoking inside the house, it is only possible to do so outside. • 🧴 The house is supplied with basic amenities (toilet paper, dish soap, soap), but not with continuous replenishment. 🔇 Quiet hours To ensure peaceful coexistence with the neighborhood, respect for quiet hours is required: • from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. • from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. We ask that you avoid loud noises, loud music, or parties during these times. ♻️ Waste separation The area is served by door-to-door recycling. You will find everything you need to properly separate waste (containers and instructions) in the house.
