Welcome to our holiday home in Castagnassa – Piedmont Located in Castagnassa, in the heart of enchanting Piedmont, you will find our cozy vacation home that accommodates up to 8 guests. Surrounded by rolling hills, vineyards and the tranquility of the countryside, this is the ideal place for those who want to relax, enjoy nature and taste the authentic Italian atmosphere. The space The house features 4 comfortable bedrooms, including one on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom — ideal for those who have difficulty walking or want extra privacy. The three other bedrooms and bathroom are located on the first floor, each tastefully decorated. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. The living room invites you to socialize, while the separate work and play room is the ideal place for children or to work undisturbed. The large dining kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, kettle and coffee maker. Outside you will find a spacious garden and a covered terrace with various seating and lounging areas. There is a large dining table, ideal for shared meals in the open air, and of course the barbecue is not missing for sultry summer evenings. From April 1, 2026, the home will have a whirlpool. Just a 7-minute drive away is the town of Rocchetta Tanaro, where you can find all the daily necessities. You will find a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, bar and some restaurants. For a more extensive range of eateries, shops and local markets, we recommend Nizza Monferrato, about a 15-minute drive away. Lovers of culture, gastronomy and Italian city atmosphere can indulge in Asti, which is only 20 minutes away. A day at the sea is also easy to do: within about 1 hour you are on the coast, for example in Genoa or one of the other charming coastal towns of Liguria. Guest access As a guest, you have exclusive access to the house and garden. Inside the fence, you can park your car on your own property. Other things to note One bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is located on the ground floor.
