This older-style home hasn’t been renovated yet, but it’s clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up to give you a great stay. If you're after modern finishes, this may not be the place for you — but if you appreciate a spacious, lived-in home with great bones and a super convenient location, you'll feel right at home here. Perfect for work trips, weekends away, or short-term stays, the house features split system air conditioning in the living room, kitchen, and lounge, as well as in two of the four bedrooms, so you can stay cool/warm and comfortable throughout the home. Each of the four bedrooms is neatly furnished with fresh linen and simple, practical comforts. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s plenty of room to unwind in the living and lounge areas — whether you're relaxing after a long day or cooking up a quick meal. The home also includes off-street parking, which is ideal for work vehicles or families travelling with a bit of gear. Best of all, you’re just minutes from local cafés, shops, and essentials. We’ve kept things simple, honest, and welcoming — a great base for guests looking for value, space, and location without the fuss. P.s - We’ve recently laid new turf in the backyard, so sprinklers have been set up to help keep the lawn healthy while it establishes. Please don’t move or turn off the outdoor taps during your stay, as the sprinklers are on a schedule. We appreciate your understanding and help looking after the new grass. Guest access You’ll access the house using a lockbox, which makes check-in simple and flexible — we’ll send you the code and instructions closer to your arrival date. During your stay, you’ll have full access to the entire house, including all four bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, laundry, and outdoor areas. Make yourself completely at home!
