On the ground floor, 🛋️ A spacious living room with a fireplace, warm seating area and large dining table for convivial moments for families or groups of friends. 🍽️ A bright, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing your meals with ease. 📚 A relaxing lounge apart: A cozy room with a beautiful armchair invites you to read with peace of mind. 🎲 Next door, a modular game table will delight young and old: foosball, billiards, and much more for convivial moments for families or friends. 🛁 Only one toilet is available on the ground floor, separated from the bathroom for extra comfort and privacy. Upstairs, 🛏️ 2 spaces for warm nights: A small cozy room, accessed by the stairs before the floor, for soft nights, A large open bedroom arranged in three spaces: • a corner with a double bed, separated from the rest by a screen for privacy, • a children's area with two single beds, • and a children's play area For a welcome with peace of mind, sheets and towels are provided, as well as essential consumables (soap, toilet paper, etc.) in sufficient quantity for the first few days of your stay. 🔒 A secure space with parking inside the property for your tranquility. Guest access 🔑 Guests have access to the entire house as well as the private garden. You will be the only occupants during your stay, which guarantees you peace and privacy. ⚠️ Guests are responsible for their own safety around the pool in the garden. Upon arrival, you will find the house ready to welcome you, with bed linen, towels and basic consumables provided. A secure lockbox system allows you autonomous access, at a time that suits you from 4 p.m. Parking is possible inside the property, in a space provided for this purpose.
