This spacious farmhouse in Pali features a welcoming Tulsi Courtyard, a large Living room, 2 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, 2 Outdoor Seating areas. LIVING ROOM: * Relax in the large Living room with a 21 feet ceiling featuring one large L-shaped Sofa and a 6 - Seater Dining table. * It is equipped with AC, Smart TV, Music Speaker, Wi-Fi access and a Champion Carromboard. * It opens up to a comfortable outdoor seating area. * Living room is equipped with a common bathroom which includes basic Toileteries, Geyser and towels. BEDROOMS: * The property features 2 well-appointed, modern, bedrooms. * Both bedrooms include amenities such as an AC, Wi-Fi access, a large double bed. * Both bedrooms are equipped with an attached bathrooms which includes basic Toileteries, Geyser and towels. * Bedroom-1 has large outdoor seating area facing the Swimming pool and Lawn. * Please note that extra mattress can be arranged upon request at an additional charge. KITCHEN: * Kitchen use is restricted to reheating and simple preparations for infants. Elaborate cooking is NOT ALLOWED. * It is equipped with a Refrigerator, Tea/Cofee Maker and a Gas Stove. * Basic Crockery and Cutlery are available. Important Dining Information: * Maharashtrian homely cooked Meal package can be provided at an additional charge. * Meal orders must be confirmed 1 day in advance. OUTDOOR: * A large (32'x16') swimming pool with attached child pool is truly the centerpiece—ideal for refreshing dips, poolside lounging, or even late-evening swims under the stars. Pool cannot be used beyond 9 pm. * A beautifully manicured lawn enhances the sense of peace, making it perfect for morning walks and beautiful sunset views. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THE PROPERTY. Refundable security deposit: A security deposit of ₹5,000 will be collected before checking in and refunded back at the time of check out if no damages are detected. However, if any damages occur during your stay, the cost of repairs will be deducted from your security deposit. * Card payments are not accepted. * ID Proof of all member to be submitted before Check in. * The property in situated in the midst of a rural habitat, voltage fluctuations/outages are a normal occurrence, however we have got our guests covered. Inverter backup is provided, that lasts for 6 - 8 hours, which will keep basic lights and fans running. * Playing loud music anytime during the stay is prohibited. Soft music can be played only in indoors post 10 pm. Guest access Guests get full acces to the entire 1.5 acre property Villa with a spacious living room, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large swimming pool with child pool and a lush garden area. This villa is a harmonious escape for a quick detox that balances luxurious amenities with breathtaking natural surroundings. Other things to note This is a No Smoking property and our sincere request to guests to abide by this rule for the comfort and safety of all our guests. The use of hookah and any kind of illegal/intoxicating substances is strictly not permitted on the property. We kindly request your cooperation, as any violation may result in strict action.
