Modern 2 bed Beautiful Bungalow

A beautiful 2 bedroomed bungalow set in the historic, pretty village of Barwick in Elmet, which boasts the tallest maypole in Britain. Within easy reach of Leeds, York & Harrogate. The village has 3 traditional pubs. Withing 2 miles of Garforth & Crossgates which have train stations. There are lots of public footpaths from the village and a pretty dog walk opposite the house. The Bungalow is dog friendly -up to 2 medium sized, but 'Never' unattended & a strict no smoking policy anywhere. Other things to note My property is on a very quiet residential street and i have a no noise policy from 10pm to respect my neighbours . So it wouldnt be suitable for guests wanting to return very late/early hours, or following a festival. Its suitable for guests wanting a quiet relaxing break, in a pretty village. Up to 2 meduim dogs welcome, but not heavy moulting & never leave unattended and please keep them off furtiture & beds. Thank you.
