The space The 70 square meter villa develops over one level. The villa is composed of a living area (with single sofa bed and dining table/chairs) and a well-equipped kitchen. One double bedroom (with double bed) and one single bedroom (with single bed). A bathroom (with shower) and a laundry room (with a second shower) accessed from outside. Outside, you will find a garden overlooking a rocky beach, a sun terrace with a Jacuzzi (not heated; 2x2m; depth 0.5 m – 1.2 m; open 01/03 – 30/11) and a veranda with a covered dining area (with table and chairs), seating and a barbecue.
