Come stay at this all-season built 2019, private & modern guest suite close to all Innisfil has to offer! 1 km on 6th line away from Lake Simcoe , Big Cedar Golf Course, Ic finshing & minutes away from all major Ski hills in Barrie! Enjoy summer activities such as multiple beaches, boating/marinas, golfing & fishing- all within walking range. Enjoy winter activities such as skiing, snowboarding and very special ice fishing spot at the end of the road. The space This suite is located on the lower level of a raised bungalow. It can sleep 2 people comfortably. It has a shared entrance front door (for now) but your space will be the lower level front end of house, which is completely separate from the other areas of the home. The upper level is located in the back end of house. Both levels have their own separate locks for optimal privacy! The space is available for longer stay and short term. Covid-19 - There is a SANITATION station in the main entrance for both unites in the home to use and is reblenished daily. Please use as you enter and leave premisies :) It features a bedroom with Queen size new mattress, full bathroom, sectional coach in living room with pull out double size bed living room, dining area and a hotel-style kitchenette with the necessities. Since it's a raised Bungalow the windows are larger. All sheets, blankets, towels include. Welcome to bring your own lines etc if you wish. There is a white basinet in the kitchenette (dishes, cutlery etc included) please leave all dishes, cups etc to wash by host and leave it on the sanitation table daily to be washed daily. If your staying for more then one day, the towels etc will be washed also by leaving them in the basket provided in the bedroom closet and leave in the main entrance and I will washed daily. Coffee/Tea is included. Guest access Beaches Parking Pass available upon request. Will alow you access and free admission to park at the Innisfil Beach Park. The cost per day is $100, the pass will all free parking. Other things to note This suite is 25 minutes from Georgian College. Students welcome!! 1 hour drive to Toronto. 45 Minutes to Pearson Airport. Beaches Parking Pass available upon request, which allows you access and free addmission.
