Our lovingly furnished room with private entrance offers you pleasant and relaxing accommodation for your stay. Whether you are passing through, traveling for work or for a few quiet days – with us, you can feel comfortable and arrive easily. We attach great importance to cleanliness, a cozy atmosphere and a hassle-free stay. If you have any questions or requests, please feel free to contact us in advance. Breakfast can be booked in addition if desired. The space At Room31, we want to offer you a stay where you feel comfortable from the very first moment. The room is comfortably furnished and equipped with lots of little amenities. Fully blackout curtains ensure a pleasant and undisturbed night's sleep. Of course, fresh bed linen and towels, as well as a hairdryer, are available to you. In the room, you will also find a small refrigerator, a kettle, and coffee and tea, so you can prepare a hot drink at any time. Two bottles of water are ready for you as a welcome. Thanks to our key box, arrival is particularly flexible: Check-in can be done completely contactless on request and regardless of fixed arrival times. We have also thought of the little things so that you have to bring as little as possible and can simply enjoy your stay. There is a key box at the entrance. You will receive the personal access code in good time before your arrival. The key for your stay is in the key box. This allows you to arrive in a completely relaxed and independent manner, without the need for a personal key handover. Please return the key to the lockbox when you leave and make sure to close it carefully afterwards. If you have any questions or problems upon arrival, we are of course available to you.
