The space The apartment is on the first floor of a house with a separate entrance, accessible via an external staircase. Guests will stay in a private, bright, and quiet room, while the other rooms of the house — living room, kitchen, and bathroom — are shared with the hosts in a welcoming and familiar atmosphere. If needed, the use of the laundry and washing machine is also available, with a small supplement for the use of the latter. 📍Location and connections The location is convenient and well served: within a few minutes' walk there are two supermarkets, bars, pastry shops, bakeries, pizzerias and large green areas such as a public park, a sports hall and pleasant paths through the fields, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. By car, in a few minutes you can easily reach larger city centers, restaurants, shops, and shopping centers. 🚗Between the sea and the mountains: where we are We are located just 7 km from the Conegliano highway exit, in an ideal location to explore both the Dolomites and the beaches of the Adriatic coast. We are halfway between the mountains and the sea, immersed in the heart of the Prosecco hills and close to numerous cities rich in history and culture. Venice can be reached in about an hour by car, but we recommend the train from Conegliano station: a convenient, fast and sustainable solution. ✨We have prepared mini guides on our favorite places, and we will gladly share our tips!! Guest access Guests access the room from an entrance shared with the hosts. The common areas of the house (kitchen, living room and bathroom) are shared, while the bedroom is for the exclusive use of guests. Outside, guests can enjoy a large terrace, equipped with comfortable sofas and a space for eating, to be used in agreement with the hosts. During your stay We will always be available to recommend places to visit in the surroundings or to give you a hand in case of need, to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Other things to note 🛎️Note: The bed is a double bed and cannot be separated. The room is equipped with a desk with a power outlet nearby, ideal for those who want to work or study during their stay. The TV is only available in the shared living room. There are no carpets in the house. In case of allergies or special requests, we invite you to write to us in advance: we will do our best to meet the needs of each guest. 🔑Check-in and check-out times are flexible and can be agreed upon based on your and our availability.
