Beautiful annex, modern en suite, set in opposing wing of a family home, suited to a professional. Available Monday - Thursday (inclusive) only due to family commitments. Large sail window views over fields. Centrally located in Wheatley village with all you may need. 2 miles from central Oxford and 5 minutes onto the M40 and Thornhill park & ride for quick access to London every 15 minutes on Oxford Tube. Private off road parking. Main kitchen currently being refurbed so not available for use. The space The annex is self contained away from the rest of the living areas of the house but still part of the main building, so access is through the main house. You will have your own private bathroom, tv, and desk to work from should you need. Tea and coffee making facilities provided. There is no kitchen. You access the annex through the main front door of the property shared with the owner and family. There is a dedicated off road private parking space for any guests. Guest access The annex is self contained away from the rest of the living areas of the house but still part of the main building, so access is through the main house. During your stay I live in the property to you can call me any time if you have any questions or problems with anything in the room. Other things to note I have a young son who lives in the property half the time, hence no Friday or weekend availability. Please respect this and as such we do not want late night noise etc. We ask that you are in the property by 10pm during your stay, if this isn't possible, please discuss with myself and I will try to be as flexible as I can. Noise from the TV will not disturb us as long as it is reasonable!
