Welcome to our charming, tastefully renovated studio (July 25). Whether you're traveling for business or exploring the area, this studio will be your ideal cocoon! The space The studio is nestled in a peaceful area, just a 10-minute walk from downtown Valenciennes. It offers you comfort, practicality and a warm atmosphere. The studio is located on the 2nd floor (stairs) of a small building consisting of 6 studios in total. Description of the studio: - Sleeping area: You will find a new double bed (140 x 200) (July 25) with sheets provided, a small dresser and a flat screen for a relaxing evening. - Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with 2 hotplates, a refrigerator, a sink, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a Senseo coffee machine (2 pods provided) and a table for 2 people. - Bathroom: It consists of a shower, toilet and sink (towels provided). - Fast Wi-Fi (fiber). - Iron, fan and hairdryer available upon request. Small welcome kit offered (body wash and shampoo). Guest access You can access the accommodation independently with a lockbox.
