The space Facilities & Rooms The apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay: * Living area: Cozy with a comfortable sofa, TV and a dining area for shared meals * Bedroom: With a comfortable double bed (including bed linen), as well as wardrobe and nightstand * Kitchen: Fully equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishes and cooking utensils - ideal for self-catering. *Bathroom: Shower, toilet, sink, towels, hair dryer *Living room: TV, sofa bed *Storage room: Washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner Additional notes: *The property is located in an apartment building * The apartment is on the 2nd floor and accessible via the staircase without an elevator * A baby bed or high chair can be provided upon request (please inquire in advance) *No pets allowed *Non-smoking apartment Note for families: If you need a high chair or a baby cot, we will be happy to set it up for you.
