The house, recently renovated with care, preserves intact the authentic charm of Tuscany, giving guests an atmosphere of peace and relaxation, ideal for families or small groups wishing to immerse themselves in the history and surrounding nature. Crossing the threshold, you are greeted by a spacious living room furnished with a comfortable three-seater sofa and a flat-screen TV, the perfect space to carve out moments of relaxation after a day of hiking or visiting nearby villages. The kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances such as an oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher and a Nespresso pod coffee machine, invites you to prepare both traditional Tuscan dishes and simple meals on your own. The two bedrooms, furnished with taste and attention to comfort, offer soft sheets and warm blankets to ensure rejuvenating sleeps. A double bedroom and a room with a bunk bed, both with double-glazed windows and mosquito nets, ensure cool summer nights without discomfort. All windows are protected by mosquito nets, with the exception of the front door. As for parking, a free public area is available just outside the historic center at the entrance to the village. It is recommended that you drive up to the house to conveniently unload your luggage and then move your vehicle to the parking area, thus maintaining the tranquility and beauty of the village.
