Basement living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom

Affordable accommodation 30 minutes from the center of Bergen. You rent a bedroom, a small living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom in my basement. There is a private entrance and parking right by the house. There is space to park larger cars. In the bedroom there is no window. 2 x 90 cm beds. Fold-out sofa in the living room which can accommodate 1 or 2 people. The space It is relatively low ceiling height, about 2 meters. The bathroom is small, but newly renovated. The bedroom has 2 beds that can be set up separately or together. Convertible sofa in the living room. There is a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, kitchen sink and 1 hot plate in the kitchen/room between the bathroom and the living room. There is a large freezer in the entrance hall; I also use it, but there is always space available. TV has national TV's channels. The entrance is also used as a storage room and storage, but plenty of space to walk on. Outside there is charcoal grill and picnic table (spring, summer and fall). Guest access You use the entrance in the basement. When you're here, you'll have the basement to yourself. Other things to note This is a quiet neighborhood. Do not want there to be a lot of alcohol, partying, or other intoxicants. If you smoke, you can do it outside. If there is anything you are wondering about, or need, just let me know and I will do what I can to help. Since there is no washing machine or dryer available, I offer to do a load of laundry once a week for guests staying more than 10 days. Please note that it takes 30 minutes to drive by car from central Bergen. The bus takes about 1 hour.
