The house rules ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible. Please observe the following rules: Before departure, please empty the dishwasher and put the clean dishes in the cupboards. Do not leave any empty containers or food inside the house. The house must be left well-swept, and all windows should be closed. Please put the garbage from the kitchen and bathrooms in the garbage cans. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is also not allowed in the accommodation. Violations will result in a €250 cleaning fee in each case. We reserve the right to charge additional cleaning costs for heavily soiled apartments. Check-out: If you are still in the apartment after the agreed check-out time (usually 10:00 am), we will charge a fee. Guest access Check-in is contactless.
