Apartment with fantastic views over the Kylltal! 3 bedrooms and a large living room with open kitchen The space We would be happy to welcome you to one of our three apartments in Ittel (Südeifel), both of which enchant with a breathtaking view over the Kylltal. Situated on the edge of the idyllic village of Ittel, you can fully enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. In addition to the tranquility and the countless possibilities of hiking and cycling tours, there is much more to discover in the vicinity. The space The apartment is located in a former Raiffeisen hall, on the edge of the small village of Ittel, with a fantastic view over the Kylltal. It was fully renovated in 2025. The apartment has a large balcony overlooking the Kylltal, and a terrace facing the south side. There are three bedrooms. Sustainability When we started to convert our building, we made sure to build as sustainably as possible from the start. Since the beginning of 2021, we have been generating our energy almost entirely via our photovoltaic system. Connected to this since 2022 are wall boxes where you can charge your electric car with the energy of the sun. Heat is generated by a highly efficient pellet heater. In addition, the care and cleaning products provided are biologically produced and degradable. Guest access The key is stored in a key box directly at the front door. Our guests receive the code shortly before their arrival, so they can check in comfortably and flexibly.
