Here, everything has been thought out to offer a respite of serenity and comfort in a peaceful and green setting. Old-world charm blends with modern amenities to bring you a welcoming and rejuvenating experience. A characterful mill combining old world charm and contemporary comfort. Spread over two levels. Accommodates up to 12 people. NO SMOKING THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY. Two master suites with private bathroom and toilet. 2 convertible armchairs, each seating two people. 1 king size bed with 2 single beds. A mezzanine living room with an outdoor terrace. A large, fully equipped kitchen with a view of the pond. A cozy dining room. A cozy living room. A veranda bathed in light. A 5-seater hot tub awaits you for moments of absolute relaxation, at any time. (SHOWER MANDATORY, SHOWER GEL TO BE BROUGHT, BATH TOWELS TO BE BROUGHT; they are not provided) Private parking. Waterwheel mill, private pond (fishing not allowed), island and well-kept vegetation offer an atmosphere conducive to rest and reconnecting with nature. Guest access Pet fee We have introduced a fee for dogs because, unfortunately, we spend a lot of time cleaning up hair, and also for those who don't pick up their pets' droppings. The security deposit will be charged if the bedding is stained by pets, if there is pet hair on the armchairs or bedding indicating that the pet has slept on them, or if pet waste has not been picked up. Fishing not allowed, swimming in the pond not allowed, use of boats not allowed. Supervision of children is the responsibility of the parents. No smoking anywhere in the accommodation. Parties are forbidden. If the hot tub becomes cloudy, please let us know so that we can take action. If the hot tub is found to be dirty, the full amount of the security deposit will be deducted. Bath towels are not provided. The bedding will be left folded on each bed. Other things to note ARRIVALS BEFORE 6 PM ARE NOT POSSIBLE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING. In winter, the jacuzzi is at 36 degrees In summer, at 33 degrees During long stays, maintenance of the jacuzzi is necessary for treatments by us Bring your own shower gel Shower required before going to the spa No smoking anywhere in the unit Use of the hot tub & eco-responsibility Please strictly follow the instructions for using the hot tub: Showering is mandatory before entering the hot tub. No foaming products or soap in the hot tub. No food or drinks in the tub. Please replace the thermal cover after each use. In the event of non-compliance with these instructions, requiring specific cleaning or a complete, unscheduled emptying of the water upon check-out from the property, the security deposit will be automatically retained. If, during your stay, you contact us to let us know that the water is starting to become cloudy, the deposit will not be cashed in this case. Bath towels are not provided.
