Capacity for up to 12 people. NO SMOKING IN THE ENTIRE ACCOMMODATION. Two master suites with private bathroom and toilet. 2 convertible armchairs, each with two seats. 1 double bed with 2 single beds. A mezzanine living room with an outdoor terrace. A large equipped kitchen with a view of the pond. A warm dining room. A cozy living room. A veranda bathed in light. A 5 seater hot tub awaits you for moments of absolute relaxation, at any hour. (SHOWER MANDATORY, SHOWER GEL REQUIRED). Private parking. The water wheel mill, private pond (fishing not allowed), island, and well-kept vegetation provide an atmosphere conducive to rest and reconnection with nature. Guest access The dog fee is for large dogs. For small breeds such as Yorkies, Bichons, Chihuahuas or any other small dog, please let me know: the fee will not be charged, but contact me before booking. We have implemented a fee because, unfortunately, we spend a lot of time picking up hair. Fishing is not allowed, swimming in the pond is not allowed, and use of the boats is not allowed. Supervision of children is the responsibility of the parents. No smoking anywhere in the accommodation. Parties forbidden. Other things to note ARRIVALS BEFORE 6 P.M.
