Guest access This listing features a reduced version of our four-room apartment, which normally accommodates up to 4 people, and has been designed to allow couples or single travelers to stay with us, at a reduced price compared to those who book the entire apartment, which will still be for the exclusive use of our guests. For this reason, guests will have access to 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, but will find a locked room. The other locked door is a small storage room/warehouse, with the technical equipment of the apartment, to which access is prohibited. Access to the apartment is independent, a gate on the left side of the house allows you to enter and exit in total autonomy and confidentiality. The garden belongs to another apartment and is therefore not accessible to guests. Self check-in allows guests maximum autonomy and flexibility regarding arrival time (operation subject to conditions, contact the host). Other things to note The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator. The apartment is right next to the municipal stadium. When the city team, Brescia Calcio, plays at the Mario Rigamonti stadium (during the sports season, approximately twice a month), the road network of the area undergoes strong changes, some roads will be closed or with controlled access. Access by car to the house, from 4 hours before to 2 hours after the sporting event, may be subject to limitations (there is, however, a large parking lot in the Mompiano subway square, a 3-minute walk away).
