Buxeria - Le Moulin: Jacuzzi, Hammam, River

Relax, surrounded by nature, at the gates of Amiens. Recently created, Buxeria offers you a disconnect experience in its comfortable accommodation with large outdoor spaces, designed to make the most of your stay. You will have access to our private 4000 m2 island and can enjoy a relaxing time in our wellness area equipped with a Jacuzzi, hammam and massage room. Our 3 accommodations can accommodate up to 27 people. The space The mill, fully renovated in 2025, has been designed to allow you to have an unforgettable stay as close to nature as possible. Bordered by the Hallue River, from any room you will enjoy the soothing sound of the water flowing next to you. You will have a living area of 200 m2 spread over 3 levels and a large private terrace with jacuzzi. The living room with its huge sofa, the fully equipped open kitchen and the large dining table will allow you to spend pleasant moments with family or friends. On the 1st level, you will be seduced by the 4 double bedrooms with neat decoration, 2 bathrooms (including 1 private bedroom) and 1 toilet. On the second floor, 1 large bedroom with 4 single beds, a paradise for children overlooking the stable, and 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed. Outside, you will enjoy a large terrace with a seating area and a large 6-meter table that can comfortably accommodate all guests. The private outdoor Jacuzzi will allow you to fully immerse yourself in nature. During your stay you can access our private island as well as the wellness area equipped with an indoor Jacuzzi, a hammam and a massage room (by appointment). Please feel free to contact us before your arrival to schedule a massage with one of our partners. This space is also accessible to other tenants of the site, as soon as you arrive you can book your privatization slots (in 1.5 hour increments between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.). Self-service activities are available indoors and outdoors: board games, ping pong table, badminton set, kayak... The space is equipped with a smart TV with French and international channels. Access to Netflix, Prime, Canal, Disney platforms is via your credentials. Baby bed, highchair, bottle warmer and adapted dishes are available upon request. A supermarket open 7 days a week, a bakery, a restaurant bar and a medical center are in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation - Daours: 2.5 km. Given the configuration of the site, access to the river is not secure. Children remain under your vigilance and responsibility. Two apartments, "river side" and "horse side" (4 to 6 people each) are available on the same site to accommodate up to 27 people in total. There is no view between the apartments and the mill. Guest access Buxeria is located at the end of a small dead-end street, tranquility is assured. Located close to the main highways (A16 and A29), you can park your vehicle in the courtyard or outside in an area dedicated to guests. Other things to note The maximum occupancy is 15 people. Household linen is provided: tea towels, sheets, towels. We are located in a quiet environment, the organization of parties is prohibited. The noise level must be reasonable. Dishes must be done and put away. The kitchenette and tables cleaned. Sheets removed and placed on the beds. Garbage cans must be emptied and placed in the garbage room. Selective sorting is carried out in the municipality and glass containers are available in the village. In the event of non-compliance with these rules, we reserve the right to request €50 from the security deposit. Access to and use of the wellness area and the island are your responsibility. Access to unaccompanied minors is prohibited for safety reasons. For everyone's safety, the parking lot is equipped with video surveillance.
