On the ground floor, you will find a large fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace, dishwasher, coffee machine and oven, perfect for enjoying meals together, as well as a cozy living room with TV and a seating area. The first floor features three bedrooms (two double rooms and one single room) and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. A small sitting area and a balcony or terrace provide pleasant spaces to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air. On the top floor, there is a second open kitchen and a spacious living/bedroom area with two double sofa beds, a dining table and a private bathroom, making it ideal for families or groups. Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden with sun loungers, barbecue and garden furniture. The house also offers a high chair, travel cot and parking. With lakes, hiking trails and ski areas nearby, it is the perfect base for a nature getaway in every season.
