The Cottage Small but Nice

Our small holiday home “Cottage Small but Fine” is right in the center of the village, so there are many requirements within 150 meters such as: playground, Kulturház, post office and a supermarket. The Danube is located less than 750 meters from the cottage. Wonderfully central and equipped with all the comforts! The “Cottage Small but Fine” has been completely renovated and is suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults with 1 child. We tried to create an atmospheric ambiance, which we think we did succeed! The space Under the covered terrace, it is wonderful to stay and the terrace also increases the extra living space. Do you already see yourself sitting and enjoying with a glass of Hungarian wine? Yes, the property is only 102 m2 but still big enough because of the “open” open feeling that one has there. Parking is available in front of the house and there is also a private garage. From the covered terrace you enter a small hallway with the bathroom on the right side with toilet and from the hall one comes into a cozy living room and through the living room in the bedroom and kitchen. The living room is wonderfully bright and cozily furnished with a nice seat, sofa and chair and if necessary, you can fold out the sofa into an extra single bed. There is internet ( fiber optic ) and a large TV. At the folding table, it is wonderful to sit for breakfast and evening food. Also for the kitchen is...small but nice...but everything one needs in a kitchen is available. Fridge, magnatron, coffee maker and water kettle. On the electric hob can easily cooked. There is a complete 4-person crockery and cutlery provided. From the kitchen one has a small garden view. Lovely light. Cottage small but nice has 1 cozy bedroom with a double bed. In the storage closet is more than enough room for clothes, etc. The bathroom with toilet is small again but nice but everything is available...so what else do you want.
