All 3 bedrooms offer king-size beds, hanging spaces and drawers ensuring all the essentials you'll need for your stay. The space Welcome to our bungalow! We are located on the outskirts of Darlington in a quiet, peaceful street. There is good access to the surrounding towns and villages via the A66 and A1 as well as local buses into the town centre and beyond. Darlington benefits from a train station on the east coast mainline and the house is under 6 miles from Teesside International Airport. Our single storey home means all bedrooms are located off a central hallway ensuring everything is within easy reach. There are just 2 steps up into the house and one down into the kitchen. The split-level back garden is a real draw - the patio is accessed down steps via our lounge-diner and a further terrace is accessible via the handy boot room. The garden is in sun from sunrise to sunset and the elevated position of the terrace and patio means you can enjoy the sun all day long. There are plenty of sets of tables and chairs to enjoy the sunshine with an early morning cuppa from or maybe a glass of wine or cold beer in the evening. The newly fitted kitchen comes with everything you need to cook meals with and includes a handy airfryer for quick and easy meals and a radio to keep you company whilst you cook. There are a range of books and magazines to read and our Roku TV includes access to all the usual TV apps including Netflix and Amazon prime. The spacious shower features a rainforest shower as well as an adjustable head and grab rails for safety. The house has a private front garden and driveway leading to the back garden. There are high ceilings throughout much of the house that give a real feeling of space and gorgeous ceiling roses and original cornicing that we have restored to their original condition. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. The house has a driveway though it may be too narrow for many cars and guests may prefer to park on the street. Please do be considerate of our neighbours if parking on the street (please park on the opposite side of the road) and be sure to leave enough space for emergency vehicles to get passed.
