The house is located on the hills on the border between Le Marche and Emilia Romagna and enjoys excellent sea views. A large garden allows guests to relax and tan outside of the chaos of the city. Nearby places of interest are: Gradara and San Marino with their castles, Urbino and its beautiful historic center, Pesaro, Cattolica, Misano with its autodromo and many other characteristic villages both on the sea and on the surrounding hills. The space The apartment is located on the first floor. In the house, guests have a kitchen complete with all appliances, fridge, electric oven, dishwasher in the house. Ability to have lunch or dinner on a large terrace with sea view accessible directly from the kitchen. The rooms on the first floor are two, a master bedroom and one with a single but extendable bed, also suitable for two children. Both rooms has garden view. The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with all the amenities and the shower. The living room is spacious with sofa and TV. A small closet/laundry room with washing machine and sink is also available. Upstairs we have a second double bedroom, with a panoramic terrace. The bathroom with the shower is in the bedroom Guest access Guests have access to the entire first floor, terraces and garden. The upstairs room is only accessible if necessary for the overnight stay of the guests. Free parking is free, not covered but inside the property. Other things to note A few kilometers away, for sea lovers, you can find the beautiful beaches of the Romagna and Pesaro Riviera, reachable by car in a few minutes.
