The house is located on the hills on the border between Le Marche and Emilia Romagna and enjoys an excellent view of the sea. A large garden allows guests to relax and sunbathe outside the chaos of the city. There is also a small storage room/laundry room with a washing machine and a sink. On the upper floor, we have a second double bedroom, with a panoramic terrace.
