The apartment is managed under the Tourist Rental regime and, according to current legislation, the invoice can be issued exclusively in favor of natural persons, and not to VAT number holders. To access the apartment, it will be necessary to fill out an online registration form, in which the personal data of all guests must be entered, uploaded the photos of their respective passports and a selfie of each guest next to their document, in order to allow correct identification. You will also be required to sign a tourist rental agreement and pay the tourist tax, if it has not already been charged by the booking platform (OTA) used. Bed linen and towels are available upon request at a cost of €22 per person for the entire stay, to be paid locally to the cleaning company. No consumables are provided inside the apartment.
