Relax with the whole family in this peaceful house on Gräddhyllan in Vikarbyn with amazing views of Lake Siljan and close proximity to Dalhalla (the Dalhalla bus is almost around the corner) Renovated house, open-plan layout and high ceilings, modern fireplace/wood-burning stove in the middle between the living room and kitchen. Large and nice lawn, perfect for soccer or play; the last house on the road (completely private from neighbors and views) Large parking area for many and large cars Walking distance to the beach, buses, grocery store and restaurants, etc. The space The villa has three bedrooms in total. One bedroom is located upstairs (entrance level) and has a 160 cm double bed from MIO, two people sleep well here. The room is equipped with a large TV/soundbar etc. In the living room on the upper/entrance floor there is a large sofa bed that is definitely possible to sleep in (however, no sofa bed) If necessary, it is of course possible to use mattresses etc. but this is something we need to agree on in advance! Two large bedrooms are located on the lower floor down stairs. In the first bedroom on the lower floor, there is a 160 cm double bed perfect for two to sleep in. Also here there is a TV, etc. Bedroom no. 2 on the lower floor has a 120 cm bed installed for the moment. Both bedrooms downstairs have a patio door out to the back of the house so if you have difficulty with stairs due to injury, bad knees, etc., it is perfectly fine to go in and out of these bedrooms from the outside and thus avoid using the stairs between the floors. Guest access I close/lock my walk-in closet on Downstairs, I store my clothes and some private things there. I usually also lock up my workshop, which is located in the same building as the garage. Should you need to get in there because something has broken on the car or the like and you need tools etc., we will figure it out. Nothing is impossible according to me ✅ Otherwise, you have the whole house at your disposal. Other things to note I normally live in the house in the weeks which means that we will get to share a bit about the refrigerator, freezer and the like. Of course, you rent the house WITHOUT me, but it is not possible for me to remove everything such as refrigerated and frozen goods just for one night. Usually try to free up one or a couple of shelves for guests in both the fridge and freezer so there will be plenty of room to store refrigerated and frozen items throughout your stay. I also take care of basic things so you/guests don't have to bother with too much. Examples of this are spices (salt, pepper), shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper. If something breaks, I really appreciate it if you talk about it, it's usually never a problem, glass and other things are fragile so it's something that happens, but I appreciate honesty here! I provide clean bed linens and towels for all the guests. Of course, you can bring your own if you wish. We smoke outdoors, this is non-negotiable and something I take for granted that you respect. PETS such as DOGS and CATS I CANNOT accept under any circumstances as both I and my children are allergic to fur.
