It is located - naturally with a private entrance - on the ground floor of a 19th-century villa that has been extended over the years. The holiday home, which is largely situated in the newer part of the building, stands out for its peaceful, idyllic location amid nature and for the warm hospitality of the friendly landlady. Piccola Oasi San Nicola is simple but well maintained. Vintage furniture sits alongside antique pieces and more modern items. The apartment has one bedroom; another sleeping area is tucked into a niche that can be separated by a curtain (see photo). Ancient vaulted ceilings and the old stone washbasin evoke times long past… Outdoors, you can enjoy your breakfast under the shade of the oak tree. Vibrant bougainvillea, olive trees, a weeping willow, as well as mandarin, orange, and fig trees create a Mediterranean holiday atmosphere. This holiday home is especially suitable for those who love peace and nature and have planned a smaller budget for their trip to Apulia. The enchanting White City of Ostuni is just a few kilometres away. Guest access Guests have access to the self-contained apartment with a separate entrance, as well as the outdoor area in front of it. Other things to note Please note that bed and bath linen is provided once free of charge. If you would like a change of bed linen during your stay, the cost is 25 euros per double bed. The fee is 3 euros for every set of 2 towels. Electricity is charged according to consumption at the end of your stay (0.60 euros/kWh). Waste must be separated according to the weekly schedule, which will be provided on site. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave your holiday accommodation between 7:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. in a swept-clean condition, including washed dishes and removed rubbish.
