The newly renovated apartment (about 30 m²) is located in an old barn on a large property at the end of a quiet street in Liepen. Enjoy the view of the garden with unobstructed views of the fields from the large terrace. If you want to enjoy nature and tranquility and still not be far from the Baltic Sea beaches and lakes, this is the place for you. You can walk to the Peene (Amazon of the North), about 10 min. To the seaside resort of Lubmin: 45 min. by car. The space NEW: Wi-Fi is now also available in the property, as well as a TV with an Internet connection. - Fresh bedding and towels are included. - A baby travel cot can be provided free of charge if needed. Please let us know in advance if this is needed. - For accompanying children aged 3 years and over, there is an additional cost of €25 per night per child. A sofa is available as a sleeping option for one child; another child can sleep in the baby travel cot if needed. Please let us know in advance if children are traveling with you. (Additional costs do not apply if a parent is traveling alone with a child -> additional costs only apply from the third person). - Pets are allowed (for a one-time extra charge of €25 per pet). - A washing machine is available in the kitchen. - In the cold season, the apartment is primarily heated with electric heating. In addition, and for the aesthetics, heating can be provided with a wood-burning stove. - Free parking is available right outside the front door on the premises. - Outdoor seating is provided. - There is no tourist tax. - Interim cleaning is possible on request (for €50 per cleaner). - The friendly neighbors are always available if you have any questions or concerns. - Paddle boat rental is possible in the neighboring hotel by arrangement. NOTE: Non-smoking apartment! No smoking cigarettes inside the apartment. Smoking is only allowed on the covered terrace. Otherwise, we will unfortunately charge an extra 50 euros.
