Welcome to the Nußbaum holiday home in the idyllic Nahe Valley. The spacious house can accommodate two to nine people and is completely at your disposal. On three floors you will find six bedrooms, three bathrooms, cozy living areas and a fully equipped kitchen. The barrier-free ground floor with stair lift facilitates access. Wi-Fi and parking are included. Pets are welcome. The space Our cottage has three floors and offers plenty of space for relaxation and time together. On the ground floor you will find a double bedroom, another room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen-living room and an accessible bathroom. In addition, a washing machine, dryer and an outdoor stair lift are available on request. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with access to the balcony as well as three single rooms. Two of these single rooms are connected to each other – one is furnished with a queen bed, the other with a single bed. The third single room, located separately, also has a queen size bed. There is also a bright common room and another bathroom. In the attic you will find an additional double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. All rooms are lovingly furnished and offer you comfort and comfort. Guest access The entire vacation home is available for your exclusive use. To ensure that everything is optimally prepared, we set up the accessible bedrooms and bathrooms according to the number of people booked. This keeps your stay pleasant and clear, and we can conserve resources together. Of course, you have access to all lounges, the kitchen, the balcony as well as the garage and outdoor parking spaces. Other things to note Pets are welcome with us, but are not allowed in the attic, as there is carpet there. Our house is a non-smoking house; smoking is allowed only on the balcony or in front of the house. Children up to 3 years live free of charge. Children between 4-17 years old only pay €10/night. Please contact us in these cases so that we can adjust the price manually again. Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. In the village, there is a bread roll service that offers fresh rolls twice a week. Shopping, restaurants and wellness facilities can be found in Bad Sobernheim just three kilometers away. The region invites you to hikes, winery visits and excursions into nature.
