The Franzlhof is only 5 minutes from Stainz – ideal for nature lovers, bikers and all those who appreciate the real thing. The space Home & Amenities Description Each chalet offers about 65 m² of living space on two levels – flooded with light, open design and built with lots of wood. The chalets are ideal for 1 to 3 people or 2 adults + 2 children and offer: Indoor: - Open-plan living and sleeping area with cozy double bed. - Cot (150 × 180 cm) - ideal for 1 - 2 children - Sofa bed for extra person - Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, hot plate - Bathroom with shower - Separate toilet - TV and free Wi-Fi in the entire chalet Outside space: - Covered terrace with garden furniture – perfect for breakfast or for the evening at sunset - Heated communal pool with sunbathing area - 2 sun loungers per chalet - Private covered pool at the exclusive single chalet - Grill place for common use - The chalet has been completely fenced in. Guest access As a guest at the Franzlhof Chalet, you can enjoy the full, private use of your booked chalet, including: - the entire living space on two levels - the covered terrace with garden furniture - 2 private pool loungers - Shared pool & barbecue area (for guests of the 3 chalets with pool access) In addition, all guests can use the following facilities at the Franzlhof upon request: - the game room with pinball, billiards, darts & foosball - the sauna (for an extra charge, by appointment) - e-bike rental and charging stations for e-cars and e-bikes - the snack tavern (with pre-order) - the beverage & farm vending machines Guided motorcycle tours can be booked upon request for an additional charge. For motorcycles, covered parking spaces, drying room for clothes, washing area and workshop are available. Other things to note Additional fees & booking details: Please note the following information that is not included in the nightly rate: These fees will be collected in cash on site upon arrival: - Tourist tax: €2,50 per person per night - Pets: Pets are very welcome in our chalets – we have completely fenced off the chalets. We charge a pet fee of €15 per animal per night. Please provide when booking if you are traveling with a dog. There is a fenced area with a hut at the Franzlhof (on request) in which your dog can move freely. So two and four-legged friends enjoy a relaxing stay in nature. - Deposit: A security deposit of €200 will be required for each booking. This serves as a safety for any damage or special cleaning effort. The deposit is payable in cash upon arrival and will of course be fully refunded if the premises are handed over properly.
