The space The apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay: 3 bright bedrooms: 2 with king size beds (180x200 cm) 1 with queen size bed (160x200 cm) Air conditioning and Smart TV in every room. Workspaces and cabinets for comfort and organization. 2 modern bathrooms: one with a bathtub, the other with a walk-in shower. Fully equipped kitchen + dining area for 6 people. Fast Wi-Fi and easy self check-in. The central location gives you quick access to restaurants, cafes, museums and public transport. Perfect for exploring Bucharest in an authentic and elegant atmosphere. Guest access This reservation is for one private apartment in our building. It has 3 bedrooms, a living room, and 2 bathrooms. The place is all yours—no shared areas. Easy self check-in via keypad (tap the center to wake it); we’ll send your access code on the day of arrival. Luggage storage is available for late departures. Street parking is usually available around the building (about €6/day). Other things to note 📌 Important details for all guests 📝 Individually registered check-in for each guest For the smooth running of the accommodation, we request the completion of an online form before arrival. Each person must provide: full name, active phone number and a copy of the identity document. This information is required to validate access to the apartment. 🕥 Early check-in & Late check-out Standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. If you want to check in early (from 13:00) or check out late (until 13:00), we offer these options for an additional fee of 100 RON, depending on availability. Please let us know in the initial message if you would like to benefit from this service, so that we can confirm your availability in advance. 👥 Declared guests = accommodated guests It is essential that the number of people mentioned in the reservation is identical to that of those who will actually be accommodated. Any inconsistency may result in additional costs or changes to the accommodation conditions. 🚫 High-traffic activities and unannounced visits The home cannot be used for parties, events, or meetings with unregistered people. Frequent visits or use of the space for purposes other than those stated may result in additional charges and immediate cancellation of the reservation without the possibility of a refund. 📸 Commercial use (photo, video, campaigns, etc.) If the apartment is to be used for commercial activities (photoshoots, filming, branding, etc.), it is mandatory to let us know in advance. Different rates and conditions apply from the standard ones, depending on the nature of the activity. 🚪Possible intervention from the team Access to the apartment is guaranteed to guests throughout the stay. However, in the event of complaints from neighbors, unjustified noise, suspected violations of the regulations, or the inability to contact guests, we reserve the right to enter the space without prior notice to prevent damage or undesirable situations. 🎥 Surveillance & Prevention For your safety and the peace of mind of the building, the apartment is equipped with: • entrance video camera, • smoke and noise sensors inside. They do not record the activity of guests, but help to monitor compliance with the rules of cohabitation.
