While it doesn’t have a balcony or outdoor space, the studio is approximately 22 m², comfortable, well-lit, and perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Piraeus or the islands. The building has a unique layout: you’ll go up one flight of stairs up, then down one flight to reach the studio. It’s a perfect base for travelers looking for convenience, calm, and a touch of local charm. Other things to note • Accessibility: The studio is accessed via internal stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. • Climate Resilience Tax: A mandatory tax applies: €8/night (April – October) and €2/night (November – March).
