Perfectly located in the town centre yet wonderfully quiet,allowing easy access to cafés, restaurants, the harbour, fishing charters, playground, and local shops — all without sacrificing tranquility！ The space The main new house has two bedrooms with two queen beds,Living room with one sofa bed ,dining area , full kitchen and one bathroom. One separate sleepout with bathroom by the main house is equipped with one double-single bunk bed and baby cot. Two bedrooms and one sleepout could accommodate maximum 8 people. Large floor-to-ceiling sea-facing windows frame the landscape like a living painting, while the deck offers the perfect spot to sit, relax, and take in the ever-changing scenery. Few homes in Kawhia offer this rare angle and sense of openness, making the view truly unforgettable. Guest access Only registered guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. If additional unregistered guests are found staying at the property, $100/person will be charged. For more than 4 people will supply the whole house including sleepout. For less than 4 people including 4 people ，only supply main house excluding sleepout. if you need sleepout please book for minimum 5 people. Full kitchen is equipped with fridge,oven , microwave, stove, pot , toaster and kettle. The bed are ready for use. Baby cot is available.
