Sleep-in lovers note - best suited to "morning types" as not all windows have blinds. No smoking/vaping inside/outside. Shared outdoor washing machine. The space This free-standing studio is located on the same property as the owner's family home. A dog (kelpie) lives with us in the main house on the property and is contained behind a fence. She barks occasionally (some distance away from studio 9). Generally peaceful, the studio is on a bus route with mild traffic noise. Guests can also use a shared washing machine/drier located on another part of the property (approx 20m walk from studio 9's entrance). Guests will need to contact host before using washer/drier. Guest access Peggy the dog may bark on guest arrival (some distance away from studio 9). Guests are able to park their vehicle in their own driveway off the street approximately 12 metres from the studio door. Entry on foot is then through a locked gate (key safe at gate) three metres from the driveway and then an approximately nine metre walk (partly undercover) to the front door of the studio. Guests can use the whole studio plus two outdoor seating areas close to the studio. Strictly no smoking allowed anywhere inside or outside the property. Other things to note Strictly no smoking, vaping, candles or naked flames inside or outside. No parties allowed as we are in a suburban area with neighbours close by. Studio 9 is perfect for couples or singles, however it may be less suitable for children or babies. Art hung quite low is not cleanable in the event of soiling. There are also safety considerations applicable to children/toddlers/babies.
