Welcome to Källvik, an idyllic area in Tjust archipelago with direct access to the sea and close to amenities such as grocery store and restaurants in Loftahammar just 2 km away. The area has several swimming areas, a soccer field and nice walking paths along the sea. The house is in a quiet location, about 300 meters' nice walk to the sea, and has three bedrooms, a large living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is also a nice sunroom and a hot tub, as well as many social areas out on the patio. The space One bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with a single bed in each. Large living room with sofa and several armchairs as well as a conservatory with dining area and armchairs for days/evenings when you do not want to sit outdoors. Other things to note Possibility of extra bed (extra mattress available). There are also bicycles for children and adults to borrow if desired. Källvik is an idyllic former well resort where daily boat trips go out to the archipelago (summer time) to nice islands such as Rågö and Hasselö. Västervik, a nice summer town, is only 40 minutes away.
