"Il Tempo della Natura" is a house surrounded by greenery on the Bolognese Apennines, about half an hour from the center of Bologna. Here you will find tranquility, nature and privacy. The garden is private and fully fenced, also perfect for 4-legged friends. The bright living room with large windows offers a view of the surrounding hills. The house has an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a living room with a TV and sofa, a large bathroom, a laundry room, and a workstation. The space The accommodation is on the first floor of a house on three levels: it is a completely independent apartment, but with direct access to the garden, as if it were a ground floor. The garden is private and fenced, perfect for relaxing outdoors or for those traveling with pets. Downstairs we live (Alice and Jacopo), the hosts, with our two dogs: discreet but always available for any need. The attic, on the other hand, is closed, so you will not have anyone above you: privacy is guaranteed. Immediately before the green gate that borders your garden, you will find a large parking area reserved for guests, convenient for loading and unloading the car. Entering the garden, on the right you will find the first terrace furnished with a table, chairs, umbrella, and deck chair: perfect for outdoor dining or reading a good book in the sun. On the opposite side, symmetrically, the other terrace houses a ping pong table for moments of leisure. The entrance to the house is from the bright living room, with a large window overlooking the hills and direct access to the balcony that joins the two terraces. Here you will find a comfortable sofa, television and a tiled stove that makes the environment even more welcoming. The living room leads to the dining area, with a large wooden table, and to the kitchen, equipped with a four-burner cooktop, oven, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and everything you need to cook. Also at your disposal is a small pantry with sweet and savory foods for breakfast and for a light dinner on the evening of arrival (all vegan-friendly). From the living room you enter the sleeping area, which includes: a double bedroom, a study corner with a desk and a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. Also from the living room there is access to a second bathroom/laundry room, with washing machine and sink for the exclusive use of guests. What to do in the surrounding area Just outside the gate, a path leads into the woods: perfect for a walk in nature or to start one of the many hiking trails in the area. We are in the heart of the Bolognese Apennines, an ideal area for those who love to walk, explore and breathe good air. Upon request, you can book a private yoga lesson in the garden or at home, to be agreed at least 24 hours in advance (paid service). Inside the accommodation you will find brochures and useful tips on what to see in the surroundings, walks, places of interest and restaurants in the area. Bologna is about 30 minutes away by car and is also easily accessible by train: Marzabotto station, with ample free parking, is just 8 minutes from the house. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment for exclusive use: living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, laundry and study corner. Outside, the private and fully fenced garden, the two terraces, the balcony and the ping pong table are at your complete disposal. You can also park comfortably in the reserved area right in front of the garden gate. Other things to note The road to get here To get to our home, you have to take a secondary road that goes up from the flat main road towards the hill. The first 2–3 curves are quite steep.
