Welcome to the heart of the Landes forest, to the Gîte du Caché (6 people)! Renovated with care and fully equipped, it opens onto an authentic 19th century airial, in the shade of oaks and pines. Here you are invited to slow down and savour the moment. Enjoy a large wooded area, the sound of birds ✨ and the large shared swimming pool (12 × 6 m). A haven of peace to disconnect: far from the hustle and bustle, close to the essentials. The set combines authentic charm and modern comfort. 🌿 LA BERGERIE (67 m²) — forest view • Bedroom 1 (9 m²): 1 double bed (140 x 190 cm) • Bedroom 2 (9 m²): 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm) • Bathroom with washing machine (4 m²) • Separate restroom • 35 m² living room: open kitchen, dining area and living room, large bay windows • 25 m² terrace 🌿 LA SOUETTE (16 m²) — cosy and quiet • Bedroom 3 (13 m²): 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm) • Private bathroom with toilet (3 m²) OPTIONAL EXTRAS / payment on site • Towel kit: €5/person (large + small towel + washcloth). You can also bring your own towels. • Cleaning: €80 If you choose to pay for the cleaning, we ask for a minimum: leave the cottage in good condition — clean and tidy dishes/cleaned appliances/emptied bins/swept/cleaned barbecue/collected dirty sheets and towels. If you do not pay for the cleaning, you must do it yourself: the gîte must be returned in impeccable condition ✨, as it was on your arrival. PRODUCTS SUPPLIED To make your arrival easier, we provide you with some essential products. • MISCELLANEOUS: sponge, microfibre cloths, cleaning products, rubbish bags, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and fabric softener, paper towels, box of tissues, first aid kit • A LITTLE to start with...: toilet paper, coffee filters, Senseo coffee pods, tea/herbal tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, spices & dried herbs, salt/pepper Other things to note • The discreet owners live on site not far away, in the Landes house with their 😺 cat.
