Less than 10 minutes to Elland Rd football ground, John Charles Centre, Leeds city centre, Planet Ice, the Royal Armouries and the First Direct arena. The space The cosy lounge area consists of a flat screen TV, fluffy rug, coffee tables, 3 seater sofa and large armchair. The dining area seats 6 and there are coasters and place mats provided to protect the table. The kitchen is set up with all amenities that may be needed. Kettle, microwave, coffee machine, washer dryer, oven, hob, fridge freezer and all utensils, crockery and cutlery. Please make us aware of any accidental breakages so we can replace them ASAP. Bedroom 1 has one single bed, a clothes storage unit and its own work desk. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, clothes storage unit and a hairdryer for shared use. Bedroom 3 has a king sized bed, cosy chair with side table for working or reading, clothes storage unit, ironing board and iron, and access to its own wash closet. The shared bathroom has its own toilet, sink, bath, and over head shower that can be used as a hand held shower if required. Guest access The whole property is available apart from the basement area, which is not accessible to guests. Other things to note ID verification, signed T&Cs and a damage deposit are required before arrival. TOP TIP: If it is a windy day please be careful that gate or porch door aren't caught by the wind and damaged. Always keep the gate secured on it's latch or it will swing open repeatedly in the night and disturb yourself as well as the neighbours!
