A former refurbished grape harvesting shed, this cozy cottage full of charm is located in Colombé-le-Sec, a wine village nestled in the heart of the vineyards and flowers that make its reputation! The space Comfortable with its 3 bedrooms all equipped with storage and a sink: - one with a double bed, a bunk bed, - one with 1 double bed - one with a bunk bed. Large living room composed of an equipped kitchen, a relaxing living room and a dining room. Guest access Entire accommodation for 6 people or more, we close one or two rooms depending on the number of people. We do not rent to companies or professionals. Other things to note Utilities (water and gas) are included in the rental price. Electricity charges are included up to 8 kWh/day, beyond that, the supplement will be charged at the rate of €0.20/kWh. A meter reading will then be made by the owner in the presence of the tenant upon arrival and departure.
